**Your new role**

- Someone who has amazing plant and pest knowledge
- Someone who can lead a team effortlessly
- Someone who can confidently speak with clients in a professional yet approachable way
- Someone who can take initiative to ensure customers are always kept happy

**What you'll need to succeed**

Does this ‘someone’ seem like you? Well, if so, here’s what you need to qualify:

- **
Heavy experience or a Certificate III or IV in either Horticulture or Parks and Gardens**:

- First Aid and an ACUP or Chem Cert are preferred
- Police Check or willing to obtain
- A knack for customer service - but still making sure your schedule is maintained
- Experience leading teams
