**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Participation in the development of Procure to Pay Strategy
- Implement strategy and continuous improvement initiatives regarding Procure to Pay
- Drive efficiency and systematic automation of procurement processes
- Work with internal stakeholders where required to resolve all purchasing issues/queries against mutually agreed timeframes
- Ensure processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders are completed under agreed SLAs
- Ensure high-quality internal customer service by purchasing team
- Work with key suppliers to drive increased efficiency and value from procurement processes
- Development of timely reporting and analytics to add value to support the procurement team and wider business
- Effective and accurate utilization of systems and analytical/reporting tools
- Develop and implement effective training resources to support Procure to Pay processes across the business
- Regularly monitor and report on compliance with procurement policy and procedures

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years experience managing or performing a purchasing/procurement function
- High level of experience using SAP S4 in Materials Management
- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in developing reporting and data analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-performing team
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word
- The ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
