**Summary**:
The E-Learning Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all E-Learning development makes learning experiences, effective, interesting & engaging for a learner, while also meeting the brief and scope requirements of the client. As the E-Learning Specialist, you will provide support within the E-Learning team, provide technical support to our external clients, & administrate the Learning Management System (LMS). You will provide support on LMS issues & escalate these as necessary, ensuring that these are logged & resolved. The position also has a responsibility to ensure that the appropriate support is provided to help deliver Avetta's solutions & services to its staff, business partners & clients.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop E-Learning material aligned to existing templates & styles that is targeted to the end user experience, while meeting the scope requirements of the client.
- Liaise, consult and foster effective networks with internal / external stakeholders, working closely with the teams and key business stakeholders to ensure material and
strategy for e-Learning is fit for purpose.
- Maintaining procedures relevant to e-Learning systems and ensuring these procedures are followed including those specific procedures for a client.
- Work with the eLearning Coordinator in communicating goals, priorities, work allocation & expectations etc. to all internal & external stakeholders involved in the implementation of an eLearning solution.
- Work with the LMS Product Owner to ensure the deliverables of the LMS meet the roadmap, and the needs of the client and the broader global team.
- Update planning tool, which includes notifying stakeholders when work has been completed, task allocation has been received or there has been a business requirement allocated to you to complete
- Maintain the Learning Management System and its key components such as Chekrite.
- Complete testing & quality assurance requirements when evaluating any course builds to ensure they pass the Pegasus requirements before we accept these courses for hosting.
- Adheres to all relevant Pegasus HR policies, systems, values and goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in the use of e-learning authorising tools such as: Articulate 360 and Captivate.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or graphic design software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Methodical approach to reviewing content.
- Excellent attention to detail and good understanding of best practice for instructional design.
- Proficient in literacy and grammar.
- Drive for quality outcomes in all aspects of your role.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a challenging role.
- Aptitude and an ability to learn quickly whilst on-the-job.
- Certificate IV in Training, e-learning or relevant knowledge/qualifications, would be desirable.
**Eligibility Requirements**:
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug screen.
- To be considered for this role you must have have the right to work in Australia.
