**About The Role**

Here’s your chance to lead the evolution of procurement systems at Transgrid. We’re seeking a SAP Ariba Functional Lead to take ownership of our enterprise procurement platform and drive strategic enhancements that support sourcing, contract management, and operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll lead the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba, ensuring it meets the needs of a dynamic and growing organisation. You’ll work closely with Procurement, Technology, and external vendors to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

As the platform owner, you’ll also contribute to strategic planning, mentor support teams, and oversee integration with connected systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, IBM Maximo, and Oracle ERP.

You navigate cross-functional projects with confidence, balancing technical leadership and stakeholder engagement. Your collaborative, methodical approach ensures solutions meet performance standards, compliance requirements, and user expectations.

**You Will Also Bring**
- 7-10+ years of experience in SAP Ariba configuration, operational support, and enhancement delivery
- Strong understanding of procurement processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C)
- Demonstrated experience integrating SAP Ariba with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, IBM Maximo, and Oracle ERP
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Experience supporting release management, documentation, and training for end-users and administrators
