About the Role
Our client, a large manufacturing organisation with offices based in Redfern, is on the lookout for an HRIS Specialist with strong knowledge across Employment Hero to assist with HR and Payroll modules configuration, implementation and integration.
This is an initial 6 month contract with possibility to extend to 12 months, and you/'ll be based in their Redfern office.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Employment Hero HR & Payroll modules.
- Design custom forms, fields, and workflows.
- Manage policy acknowledgements and compliance tasks.
- Build and maintain API integrations
- Implement Single Sign on with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems.
- Deliver reports and dashboards via EH exports/API.
- Contribute to project delivery outcomes in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and payroll standards
Required skills
- Strong API/webhook and integration experience.
- Previous experience working on HRIS platforms highly regarded.
- Knowledge of SSO, identity management, security standards.
- Familiarity with Australian payroll and compliance.
- Good documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
