The Client

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recoveries/Collections specialist to bring their expertise and shine in this newly created position. This role will suit someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to join a friendly team known for their excellent company culture and diverse working environment.

The Role

- End to end management of recoveries
- Account/ portfolio management
- Payment negotiation and action
- Reporting and data management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Be involved with process improvements

- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills - negotiations
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Time management and organisational sklills
- High level of attention to details
- Resilience and results driven
