**Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker in Elermore Vale, Newcastle**

Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional with experience in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) care? At **Nextt**, we’re looking for **permanent part-time and casual support workers** to provide 24/7 support to our client in Elermore Vale. Make a meaningful impact every day by empowering someone to live their best life

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist with personal care, ensuring comfort.
- Provide bowel and catheter care.
- Administer medications following support plans.
- Provide PEG feeding support.
- Work collaboratively to deliver individualised, client-centered care.

**Shifts Available**:
This role involves a **24/7 roster**, offering a range of shifts to suit your availability. Flexible hours for both **permanent part-time and casual roles** are available
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) care is essential.
- Proficiency in bowel care, catheter care, PEG feeding, and medications.
- A positive and professional attitude with a compassionate heart.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans meticulously.
- Availability to work a mix of day, evening, overnight and sleepover shifts.

**Your Certifications and Licenses**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (current)
- Working with Children Check (current)
- First Aid and CPR certificate (current)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
- Australian Driver’s License and a fully insured vehicle
