**Job Description**:
- Assist with the monitoring of results as to when they become complete/approved and liaise with Production Manager on results required.
- Assists Customer Service team with day to day client requirements such sample pickups, delivery etc.
- Discuss result status and turnarounds with clients/Key Accounts when required.
- Work with Key Accounts to issue preliminary reports at clients' request or when turnaround times can not be met.
- Issue completed reports and various attachments, following approval by section head and/or Production Manager.
- Re-issue reports at clients' request or as instructed by the Production Manager or Customer Service Team Manager.
- Liaise with Key Accounts and Sample Receipt teams regarding client queries, reporting, technical or other issues.
- Liaise and work closely with GBS team on matters relating to Sample Login, Invoicing and Reporting or results.
- Identify invoices to Administration staff requiring amendments and support issuing or checking of invoices as required.
- Data entry of external results or attaching into SLIM.Database.
- Generate and Issue quotes upon request as directed by Business manager, Client Services Manager or Sale team.
- Manage, administer and maintain pricing and packages for the key clients through SLIM to ensure prices in SLIM are to date.
- Any other duties as directed by your Manager/s.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferred tertiary qualifications and experience in science, preferably in the environmental sector
- Must have technical experience in Environmental Laboratory or related field.
- Preferred experience in the use of LIMS systems
