**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**:

- Formatting procedures, reports, and preparing them for submission into Document Control system.
- Coordinating with the review team (of documents).
- Set meetings, update agendas, taking minutes (in meetings) and distributing.
- Proof reading procedures, reports etc.
- Maintaining site QA/QC Registers (receiving updates from various parties)
- Updating Weekly Reports - distributing weekly.
- Using the project document management system (Aconex) to download raw data.
- Collecting, entering, and collating raw data into reports and sending for review.
