Our client is a Brisbane based, well-established supplier of ingredients to the food manufacturing industry. Currently, they are looking for a QA Officer to join their technical team. Please note that this is a maternity leave contract for approx. 12-13 months.

Role:
As a member of a small QA team, your responsibilities will include conducting pre-operational checks, necessitating your availability to start at 6 am from Monday to Friday. However, there is flexibility regarding your finish time. This role is open to both full-time engagement for a recent graduate and part-time involvement for someone with more experience. Beyond your early morning duties, you will also be involved in laboratory work, performing QC tests, completing relevant documentation, collaborating directly with production staff on food safety and QA tasks, and supporting your supervisor in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
