QA/QC Supervisor

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a QA/QC Supervisorto join the team. In this role, you will be working on a 2 and 1 roster, with FIFO and DIDO opportunities available. Flights, accommodation and meal allowances will be provided.

In this role, you will:

- Undertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the Superintendent

- Lead by example for all Safety on site

- Lead a Team of Leading Hands and Electricians

- Monitor Testing activities ensuring compliance with AS/NZ3000and site standards

- Participate in punch list walkdowns and sub system close out

- Liaising with the clientand participating in project meetings

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in Large Industrial Projects

- Experience as a QA/QC Supervisor or extensive Leading Hand experience

- Mining and Heavy Industrial experience is essential for this role

- Underground mining experience will be highly regarded

- Able to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner

- Work well in group problem solving situations

The successful candidate will have:

- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech

- Relevant state Electrical License

- Cert 3 or above in Instrumentation

- High-risk work License - EWP

- Working at heights(Refresher must have been completed in the last 2 years.)

- Current CPR/LVR(within the last 9 months)

- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License

- White / Blue Construction Card
