**The Opportunity**

To QC Inspectors will ensure that detailed quality related activities are undertaken on the project, assuring that the product offered by the relevant project resources complies with the contractual requirements of the client and that the company KMS (Kent Integrated Management System) are fully implemented.

**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**:
**QC Inspector - Civil**
- Responsible for any safety and environmental impacts relevant to Quality Control (QC) activities performed on site.
- Ensure the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) is being adhered to on site.
- Required to perform QC activities relevant to Civil work, piling and Earthwork on site
- Ensure planned Civil QC Inspections are carried out on time and that any deviation from the Engineering deliverables, Specifications and Standards are identified, recorded, and reported timeously to the QC Lead.
- Follow up on any identified deviations to ensure compliance has been achieved.
- Retain and maintain the required documentation for all necessary QA/QC activities. E.g., Inspection/Audit/Surveillance reports and findings.

**QC Inspector - Mechanical**
- Setup the material receiving and issuance system in line with the Procurement Management Plan.
- Review and update the material control requirements to ensure their suitability and effectiveness, and revise when necessary
- Manage the Warehousing space and laydown yard including defining the space required for the different types of material, including determining spacing requirements shall allow for construction schedule and forecasted material deliveries to avoid potential bottle necking.
- Responsible for all spare parts, testing material and material required for commissioning and start-up.
- Management of packing lists in advance of deliveries, matching the purchase orders to the Packing Lists, and communicating with the expeditor if there is a discrepancy.

**QC Inspector - E&I**
- Responsible for any safety and environmental impacts relevant to Quality Control (QC) activities performed on site.
- Ensure the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) is being adhered to on site.
- Required to perform QC activities relevant to E&I work performed on site
- Ensure planned E&I QC Inspections are carried out on time and that any deviation from the Engineering deliverables, Specifications and Standards are identified, recorded and reported in a timely manner to the QC Electrical Lead.
- Follow up on any deviations that have been identified to ensure compliance has been achieved.
