The Lendlease Development business is currently recruiting for 2 Development Managers to join our origination team. Based at our Sydney head office, you will play a key role in supporting origination of potential development opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and acquiring potential development sites. Responsibilities may include:
Market research and analytics-
- Site identification and evaluation-
- Development brief preparation-
- Commercial assessment of prospective sites-
- Collaboration with internal and external technical experts and stakeholdersAbout you:
You will have a strong background in Development Management, preferably in the office or built apartment space. You will also:
- Experience creating investment cases and influencing the deal concept and constructs-
- Expertise navigating and negotiating various contractual arrangements including Joint Ventures, Development Management Agreements, Project Development Agreements, Acquisitions, Fund Throughs and divestments-
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach, with an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external Development functional teams-
- An ability to carefully balance internal and external stakeholders, commercial drivers and outcomes. (incl. state and local government and government agencies).You will be tertiary qualified in Development, Planning, Property Economics, Engineering, or a related field and have demonstrated experience in Industrial Acquisitions.
