Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join our residential team working on one of Sydney’s high-profile developments. You will work within the team to manage and deliver residential towers including taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and program delivery.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Create and manage project feasibility - single stage, multi stages, JV models and all components of financial model.
Establish and manage budgets and cash flows accurately.
Enter into and negotiate/finalise negotiations.
Review and manage development programme and brief.
Write formal business correspondences, reports and presentations.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes and know when to escalate to management.
Ability to identify all aspects of development including identifying deficiencies, standardisation, innovation, revenue time and cost to extract maximum value.
Your point of difference
To be successful you will have a track record within the property development industry, specifically working on large scale residential apartment projects. Your commercial, legal and financial acumen will be well developed, and you will have a strong understanding of the procurement, planning and tendering processes as well as competency to manage the feasibility process.
You will be a strong communicator and confident with stakeholder engagement and have ability to manage all levels of stakeholders as well as effectively balancing priorities to achieve win-win outcomes. You will be able to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
