- Project Services is a new centralised function within Ventia’s Telecommunications sector that unifies three specialist teams - Process, Systems & Governance; Subcontractor Enablement; and Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement - into a single, cohesive hub
- Ventia’s NextGen Operational Model is transforming the Telecommunications division by standardising operational processes, enhancing governance structures, achieving significant operational efficiencies, and empowering teams.
- The Change Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and implementing change management strategies to support the successful transition of teams and systems within Ventia telecommunications sector. This role ensures mínimal disruption to business operations, maximised adoption of new processes, and achievement of the strategic goals associated with Ventia’s projects.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop detailed change management plans outlining specific communication, engagement, training, and support activities.
- Develop and deliver communications to clearly articulate the benefits, expectations, and impacts of change initiatives.
- Design and implement targeted training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful change adoption.
- Monitor change management activities and measure their effectiveness against defined objectives and KPIs.
- Establish clear, consistent, and effective communication strategies tailored to various stakeholder groups.
- Integrate risk management into all phases of change planning and implementation
- Ensure alignment of change initiatives with strategic business objectives

**About you**
- Proven experience implementing change management or transformation in a large or complex organisation
- Certificate in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR )
- Expert understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective training and support programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar discipline. (Desirable)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective change transitions.
