**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Agency & Intermodal Operations Manager (Oceania) will take complete ownership in leading cluster agency operations.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Efficiently manage all vessels through terminal operations in Oceania for CMA CGM Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring on time berthing/departures in accordance with vessels’ proforma schedules

Maintain up-to-date Emergency and Safety Procedures / Trainings in conjunction with Principals and regulatory authorities in Oceania

Support local procurement initiatives for Operations and Intermodal as per principal’s requirements

Manage National Intermodal Services activity by directing the Intermodal Operations team to optimize multimodal transport planning

Ensure operational KPIs and performance are monitored regularly and addressed with follow up improvement actions for related teams

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary degree in business/International business or equivalent experience

Seagoing Experience (Master’s Ticket or similar) would advantageous

Minimum 10 years in shipping with experience in Operations/Logistics/Intermodal/ Documentation/ Commercial and Finance

Minimum 5 years of past experience in Port Agency or Liner Principal activities in a managerial position

Extensive knowledge of port and marine operations and vessels stowage planning

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High degree of computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills and advanced report and business writing skills
