Oceania Export Manager (OSRO, Australia)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSRO Oceania Export Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the Backhaul Pricing, Cargo Flow, and Commercial together with local sales to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing regional commercial strategies for AU and New Zealand exports
- Engagement with key customers, freight forwarders, and cargo owners
- Develop and cascade annual sales and revenue plans to Agencies, aligned with corporate targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and service offerings
- Drive Agencies in contract negotiations, tenders, and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with Singapore trade, Logistics and OPPC teams
- Identify opportunities for volume growth and service optimization
- Management of regional key accounts

MUST HAVE:

- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant shipping experience.
- Work background with commercial, trade, or sales focus
- Proven success in revenue generation and customer development
- Strong understanding of liner shipping, freight markets, and Australia–Asia trade
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel frequently when required
