**About The Role**
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for high volume digital campaign activity, always on digital activity and work intimately with the web and loyalty teams. This role is accountable for all digital marketing channels and supporting tech for the marketing channels. This position will also support eCommerce initiatives across Shopify and Klaviyo.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Oversee the management and growth of all digital engagement channels.
- Management and development of a small team.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Digital Experience Manager and Head of Marketing on digital engagement strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of digital content and oversee the moderation of digital channels.
- Analyse the success of digital channels and campaigns using measurement tools and insights, with a commitment to continuous improvement through testing and new initiatives.
- Driving forward personalisation activity through web, loyalty and app channels.
- Build and manage mutually beneficial working relationships with external agencies, third party suppliers and contractors.
- Work cohesively with other departments.

**The Skills Required**
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of digital campaign management and knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels. You will be someone who always wants to understand the WHY is what you are doing and driven by results. You may have either previously lead and a team or mentoring junior members with a desire to make that now official. Lastly you will have an understanding of digital trends, eCommerce platforms and innovation in new and existing channels.
