Government Organisation looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist responsible for delivering an end-to-end recruitment service whilst providing HR advice to the organisation on a short-term contract. Ideally, you will have experience with end-to-end recruitment in a diverse, blue collar, corporate environment as well as knowledge of HR Practices.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide high level, expert strategic, tactical, and operational HR advice that delivers clear business benefits and outcomes
- Undertake the end-to-end recruitment process
- Positively influence and guide the development high performing individuals
- Work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment to provide high quality outcomes, employees and stakeholders across divisions
- Establish and maintain key client relationships through development of in-depth knowledge of clients' business context and objectives
- Provide strong, generalist and strategic HR expertise, advice and services
- Contribute to the successful research, and recruitment development of HR initiatives and policies through sharing up-to-date HR knowledge, HR solutions implementation experience and in-depth knowledge of the business
**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 3 years HR/end to end recruitment experience in blue collar complex organisations or a government organisation
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service
- Builds and sustains positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
- Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment
