**The role**:
Our Recruitment Specialist role is a role like no other

Naturally, we are looking for someone to ensure that we have the right number of talented people that belong in our business. Our recipe is simple yet effective, and we need someone to build on and drive our key ingredients so that we can continue to successfully grow.

BUT, recruitment at Young Guns is so much more. We are looking for someone to match our unique business model with a unique and innovative recruitment approach including testing and implementing non-traditional recruitment methods. Our Victorian team recruited almost 300 people last year, engaging with many more and our Recruitment Advisor is critical to our success.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure we have the right people when and where we need them.
- Adding value to the business through innovative sourcing, providing market trends, potential talent gaps and implementing leading practice recruitment strategies.
- Being the external market face for the Young Guns team, networking across the business and building strong connections including:

- Local area and community connections
- Coordinating and attending education days, school expos and/or careers days
- Engagement of relevant sporting clubs and/or other relevant associations.
