We're seeking an immediately available
Recruitment Business Partner
to join a leading
explosives manufacturer
on a
4-month contract
. With 24 roles to fill across
Finance, IT, Engineering, Payroll, and Procurement
, we need someone who can hit the ground running and deliver results fast

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines, including job briefs, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Uphold best practices in recruitment and compliance.
  • Track and report on activity ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

About You:

  • Proven experience in recruitment ideally in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • A no-nonsense attitude - we need someone who can hit the ground running and deliver results fast
  • Based in Brisbane, immediately available and able to commit to the duration of the contract until February 2026
