We are focussed on finding, motivating and retaining the best talent and staff for Eternus Group. Eternus, a fast becoming global business, owns and has interests in over 100 different businesses across a multitude of industries: education, technology, media, property development and television, to name a few.

Due to accelerated growth in the broader group, there is an immediate need for Peopling to increase our recruitment capability by hiring an experienced Recruitment Specialist.

**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to both Peopling's Director and our HR Business Partner, you'll enjoy finding talent for a diverse range of roles, with a variety of clients within the Eternus Group. This might include:

- **Accounting-** Tax accountants and Principals, financial accountants, SMSF accountants, management accountants, Accounts Payable/Receivable officers
- **Legal-** we have a legal team of 10, and growing
- **IT** - Web developers, Cloud engineers, Senior Developers, Systems Administrators, visualisation specialists
- **Education** - Curriculum writers
- **EAs** and administrative support roles across all of our group businesses
- **Marketing & PR** - copywriters, account managers
- **Management/exec** - Business Development Managers, Global Business Managers, Human Resources specialists (L&D, compensation & benefits, onboarding)

**About You**
Our ideal applicant will:

- Have at least three (3) years' experience recruiting across one or more industries (ideally accounting, executives/management, IT or another professional industry) but most importantly, the desire to throw themselves into a/many new area(s) of recruitment.
- Be an autonomous, responsible professional who takes ownership and pride in their work
- Not take themselves too seriously
- a sense of humour and fun are a must
- Have excellent client relationship-building skills
- Be a team player

Prior experience using JobAdder recruitment software is preferred, but not essential.
