Since its establishment in 1989, Contract Resources (CR) has experienced impressive growth, expanding globally, and becoming a leading provider of specialised industrial and mechanical services to refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial plants. With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Jandakot, WA with site visit to help deliver projects.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Co-ordinate, supervise and execute projects.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Provide technical support to all aspects of the business service lines.
- Manage the day-to-day operations involved with preparing and organizing equipment for works.
- occurring within specified geographical area. This will include sourcing, maintaining and providing equipment to projects.
- Assist with estimating projects.
- Ensure that CR personnel comply with all site and safety and operational requirements.
- Liaise with site supervisors to ensure continuity of work activities and objectives.
- Understand and implement project budget management.
- Communicate at all levels within the business.
- Have a strong focus on HSEQ and a high level of understanding of HSEQ in the industry.
- Possess excellent co-ordination / organisational skills.
- Provide strong leadership qualities.
- Provide sound skills in the use of computers and MS Software (Word, Excel, Projects, Power Point etc)
- Possess previous experience in the oil and gas industry (not mandatory)
- Ensure flexibility and have a positive attitude at all times.
- Change and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Execute projects on client sites as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes**:

- Previous experience in plant start-ups, shutdowns and maintenance activities in the oil and gas industry desirable.
- Experience of managing projects within time/budget constraints and safety expectations.
- Have a strong understanding of confined space entry requirements, industrial services and isolation.
- Previous supervisory & or project management/coordination experience.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, accuracy or customer service whilst maintaining a positive and calm professional approach.
