**About Us**
We are proud to be one of WA’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of windows, doors, shower screens, mirrors, wardrobe doors and security products. From new home builds through to the latest commercial properties, we have manufactured and installed over 1.5 million windows in over 140,000 WA homes. Aside from manufacture of products and installation, we also offer servicing and repairs.

**he Opportunity**

You will support our Commercial Project Manager in tracking and recording project progress from commencement to close; including
- Coordinating project kick-off meetings with key stakeholders
- Reviewing tendered pricing and program of work to ensure alignment with capacity and project specification
- Tracking and recording scheduled project progress through installation completion and day-to-day liaising with key stakeholders
- Preparing purchase orders, processing material orders and updating invoice claims based on project stages and producing reports as required

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in a similar project coordination or contract administration role, preferably within a building, construction or manufacturing industry
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy, specifically in MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels and build strong relationships
- Well-developed problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
- A current driver’s licence
