As our Technology Maestro, you will maintain and manage the lifecycle of our IT assets, ensuring they harmonize perfectly with our business needs. You will be the focal point for Change Management, leading our organization through transformative journeys. Building and nurturing relationships with technology and cloud service vendors will be second nature to you, ensuring that SLAs and deliverables create a melodious partnership.

With your expert advice and support, our internal teams will hit all the right notes in their technology endeavors. As you plan and manage Infrastructure IT projects, you will conduct resources with precision, resulting in harmonious project completion.

You will play a crucial role in transitioning projects from development to support, ensuring our support team is equipped to handle the new systems flawlessly. Coordinating asset lifecycle strategies, you will monitor performance and compose compelling business cases for retirement or replacement, always seeking innovative ways to improve our technology landscape.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Your technical skills, including strong IT knowledge and experience with cloud services (XaaS) and Azure, will set the stage for success. Showcasing your proven project management skills, you will lead small to medium-infrastructure projects like a true maestro. Your strong analytical and organizational skills will be the driving force behind your problem-solving abilities.

As a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will conduct fruitful collaborations with vendors and suppliers. Your superior customer service and empathy will ensure our users have an exceptional experience.
