**Description**:
As the Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for all new and current clients. The Administration Officer will provide effective and efficient administrative support to our Customer Service team.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role you will require to have**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills including previous experience with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Reliable and self-motivated

Desirable
- Certificate III in Administration
- Experience in the Aged Care
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence
- Current Police Check or ability to obtain one through BallyCara and double COVID 19 Vaccination status
