**About the role**:
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will build and manage a high performing digital marketing team by providing strategic direction and operational guidance to support growth, retention, engagement and development of West HQ’s audiences (and its businesses | brands) across all digital channels including owned and paid.

**Key duties include**:

- Manage West HQ's digital marketing channels (6 websites, 7 databases and numerous social media channels).
- Search (SEO and SEM) plan (s) across West HQ brands and businesses including technical knowledge of Google AdWords, rankings and reviews.
- Optimisation of paid digital campaigns
- Social media content planning and implementation across West HQ brands and businesses.
- CRM optimisation including marketing optimisation, target | customer profiles.
- CRM adoption and optimisation across West HQ including the Sydney Coliseum Theatre, SGAC and One55a and West HQ Loyal program.
- Working with the Group Marketing Manager build strategic digital marketing plan to raise West HQ profile, incite consideration and conversion to West HQ visitation continually reviewing and refining the strategy to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead generation plans on behalf of West HQ Conferencing and Events (including the Novotel and Sydney Coliseum Theatre).
- Plan promotions and events by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists etc.

- Previous Digital Marketing experience across multiple platforms including paid media channels.
- Proven experience in working across a matrixed organisation.
- Strategic thinker balanced with being a ‘hands on’ doer.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying digital strategies.
- Proven track record developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Pragmatic and collaborative approach to solving business problems with digital marketing solutions.
- Experience in SEO and SEM management.
- Strong capabilities in WordPress (content management system), Hootsuite (content management system), CRM like HubSpot and web analysis tools.
