**Job description**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Design, build and maintain insightful end-user-centric data visualisation and self-service interactive analytics dashboards and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders and support business teams through collaborative engagement.
- Providing in-depth data analyses and ad hoc reporting to support a wide array of business initiatives; explain performance variances and key performance drivers to improve business outcomes.
- Automation and optimisation of reporting and analytics processes
- Actively driving reporting rationalisation and process improvements within the Reporting & Analytics team

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- Strong fluency (+2 years) with SQL within analytical data lakes and data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS, SQLDW) to build data models and for data management
- Advance business intelligence/reporting systems experience (Power BI, MicroStrategy, ThoughtSpot) with proficiency in DAX and working knowledge of Python
- Excellent and concise communicator - easily able to convey thoughts, opinions and feelings with your product team and ability to articulate effort compared with impact tradeoffs
- Proven experience of continuously improving individual outputs and contributing to the vision of the team
- A grounding in mathematics / statistics and a bachelor’s degree in STEM area is preferred
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who aligns with our values
