**About the role**

As the Business Intelligent Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Intelligent Automation program to deliver a mature automation program across Zurich Financial Services Australia and New Zealand. You will be required to define and drive the Intelligent Automation strategy for Zurich, establish an Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence, and scope, design, and deliver Intelligent Automation.

It will be important to develop relationships and build awareness across multiple stakeholder groups of Intelligent Automation and create a strong partnership with IT to align automation plans and leverage technology support.

As a key member of our team, you will be empowered drive the strategic direction of the intelligent automation program with the freedom to innovate and collaborate across process engineering, operational excellence, and emerging technologies.

**Important to your success**
- 4-6 years’ experience in delivering process optimisation, intelligent automation, or cognitive technology.
- Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, with experience successfully leading and executing business strategies.
- Experience in, or knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path, Blue Prism Automation Anywhere and AI technologies such as Optical Character Recognition, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
- An understanding of Life and General Insurance
