- About the roleAs the Intelligent Automation Process Designer, you will support the embedment and expansion of the automation program across Zurich Financial Services Australia and New Zealand.

You will leverage business and technical stakeholder relationships to lead the delivery of Intelligent Automation initiatives which achieve customer, time, cost, and benefit outcomes.

In addition, you will provide support and analysis across the portfolio of automated processes to continuously optimise performance and return on investment.
- Important to your success- Experience in supporting continuous improvement initiatives and designing solutions to solve business problems.
- Demonstrated understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies and operational excellence principles.
- Financial services (essential) or Insurance experience (preferred).
- Strong relationship building, problem solving and time management skills.
