Our highly skilled team of debt relief specialists develop tailored solutions to help our clients shoulder the burden of debt management, negotiation and budgeting.

As a **Financial Assistance Specialist**, you will lead key operational functions and contribute to the overall performance and growth of the business. The role is in office, with the opportunity to evolve into a hybrid position.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Building your portfolio of clients and providing them with tailored solutions within our service.
- Monitor account performance and develop relations with both clients and creditors.
- Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Managing your day-to-day workflow without micromanaging
- Adjusting to future economic change and understanding the impacts it can have on people's finances
- Being able to establish financial hardship indicators and discuss them with a high level of sensitivity and customer service
- Use analytical problem-solving to find creative solutions.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in case managing, admin and/or customer service roles (**preferable** experience in finance, debt, collections or account management).
- Excellent organisational and admin skills.
- Proven track record in dispute resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving ability and high emotional intelligence.
- The opportunity to step into management or team lead positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
