Office Coordinator

As Euc continues to expand in both Australia and internationally, we are looking to expand our People & Culture team. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an Office Coordinator. You will be responsible in maintaining day to day office operation - making sure our office is fully stocked & equipped, look after key supplier contracts, provide a welcoming workplace experience, and assist our People Experience team with event planning and onboarding.

In this role you will have plenty of room to be creative. We are looking for someone who is a quick thinker, has out of the box ideas and is willing to lean into new ideas to ensure positive experiences company wide. Our Office Coordinator must be comfortable being independent, making decisions, flexible to support new procedures and lift the general running of the office. This position will suit you if you have great interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills along with a can-do attitude.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office functions including but not limited to mail, deliveries, office cleanliness, stationary supplies, kitchen appliances, suppliers, contractors, and visitors.
- General administration, including timely responses to queries and requests
- Oversee the guest experience for anyone visiting the office
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers such as cleaning contractors, maintenance companies and building manager to ensure all functions of the office are running at full capacity
- Stock and inventory of food, drink, stationery, and merchandise
- Assist with both on ground and international employee onboarding
- Assist staff with courier and deliveries incoming/outgoing
- Be the go-to person for office related questions from our Eucalypts
- Opportunity to work closely with the People team in planning staff events & initiatives and support other aspects of employee experience.
