The Corporate Division has a number of roles available and a current vacancy in the Ministerial and PDMS Team.

**Ministerial Officer**

Ministerial Officers (APS 4) support the team and broader Treasury to achieve a high standard of ministerial services.

You will work as part of a small team and liaise with stakeholders across the Treasury portfolio to register and assign ministerial correspondence in the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS+) for appropriate action, process ministerial submissions and briefs, and assist with internal reporting requirements in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and service offer.

You are a conscientious and reliable team player who manages their tasks effectively and understands the broader work environment. You have an appropriate level of discretion and proficiency to work with high-level stakeholders being responsive to their needs, expectations and requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Strong technical skills or ability to use whole of government systems to support and drive business process improvement.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effectively manage multiple work tasks.
- The ability to develop productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to manage guidance material that supports the development of best practice.
