**About the **organisation**
A state government authority responsible for planning and delivering the largest infrastructure project in Victoria's history.
**About the role**
You will be responsible for providing leadership to the Document Controller team and driving effective information exchange between the Contractor and other third parties utilising a Project's Information Exchange System (IES).
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, guide and support a team of Document Controllers
- Coordinate the deployment, maintenance and decommissioning of the Information Exchange System (IES)
- Develop document control related materials, including policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
**Experience and skills**
- Experience in deploying, maintaining and decommissioning an Information Exchange System (IES) such as ProjectWise or Bentley
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Previous experience in large construction projects
- Outstanding communication skills
