THE OPPORTUNITY

Mulpha Hospitality are currently seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for ESCA Restaurant at Bimbadgen Estate.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager across the day-to-day operations of ESCA Restaurant and ensure the highest levels of customer service and profitability of the venue.

This role will focus primarily on the restaurant but will also offer support to the Estates’ other F&B outlets, including the Cellar Door and Pizzeria and our wedding venue, Palmers Lane.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Salary guide - $68k Plus Super PA.

YOUR BACKGROUND

1-2 years’ experience in a supervisor role at an equivalent business
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and inviting personality as well as a keen interest in wine and modern beverage service
- Organised and process driven with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example and train team members in accordance with set procedures
- Availability to work the across the venue’s opening hours including nights and weekends and busy holiday periods and current RSA
- Own Transport essential
