Fibre Engineering Services division is responsible for the expansion of TPG’s robust national fibre network into commercial and residential buildings, mobile sites, DCs, POIs and other internal fibre infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage, monitor, control, record, and amend the Inventory records nationally.
- Develop tools & process to help monitor and manage national fibre inventories.
- Develop reporting metrics for Business Leaders and GM
- Will have significant interface with Project Managers, Construction managers, Contractors, as well as other functional organizations.
- Monitor & replenish the Stock as per the agreed trigger levels.
- Communicate & develop strong relationships with both internal & external key stakeholders.
- Manage and Mitigate Risks and if required maintain issue register.
- Identify improvement Opportunities.
- Actions to mitigate the material risks & maximising opportunities for Business.
- Continuous improvement, monitoring of the delivery performance
- Coordinating logistics of stock ordering from suppliers and transferring as required
- Communicating slow moving/obsolete items to Portfolio Manager
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, contractors, to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfilment.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control procedures and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Be a team player participate other ad hoc duties if required.

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience**
- Previous work experience as Inventory Controller/Analyst
- Previous experience working within logistics/warehousing.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Inventory Management experience including ordering.
- Understand inventory management reporting requirements.
- Organisation skills and the ability to manage and meet competing deadlines.
- Confident managing stakeholders at all levels and navigate to seek resolution.
- A motivated person with the right attitude
