**The opportunity**

Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for a multiple Project Support Officer's to join the Participant Experience Design Division in the driving of Participant Service Improvement Plans and the Participant Service Charter. The division designs and delivers service improvements for the Agency Scheme.

12-month initial Labour Hire contracts with the opportunity to extend. APS5 level role offering an hourly rate of $55.24 + Super, this position will be based out of Richmond.

This is a hybrid position, offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site. 37.5-hour work weeks, with 8-hour days expected.

**About the role**:
The APS5 Project Support Officer is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex work. Legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents guide the position.
The position is a team membership position and where required, will perform work that involves team leadership responsibilities requiring the setting of priorities and allocating work to other lower-level team members within a team

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide administrative support within the branch including diary management and coordination
- Support Branch governance from organising meetings, taking minutes to maintaining decision & action logs
- Support with branch training, onboarding and off-boarding activities
- Maintain Branch Confluence page and support with record keeping
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and professional manner
- Work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders

- Strong networking ability, being able to establish relationships across stakeholders at different levels
- Project planning and coordination experience/skills
- Problems solving skills with a focus on driving the project forward
- Adaptivity to work across a number of projects at one time
