**What you will be working on**:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating an awesome customer experience, being the first point of contact to our clients.

Key duties include:

- Action all customer enquiries regarding their build in line with customer response times
- Liaise with relevant departments to access appropriate and accurate information for clients
- Prepare all documentation for key handover
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Raise and action relevant variations that are required, ensuring plans and addenda are updated to reflect changes
- Ensuring all correspondence and documentation is saved and maintained
