UX Designer

Are you looking for an interesting UX challenge? We have an exciting design role in our Salesforce teams working on an initiative with a focus on employee experience (EX). If you are looking for a role that utilises your UX/UI design skills to understand insights, fall in love with the problem space and design customer-centred solutions through iterations and validation, this role will challenge you to bring all your skills to the table.

You will enjoy conducting analysis to understand pain points and validate your thinking. You will be able to synthesise problems/opportunities and prioritise within these areas to add to the experimentation backlog, and define where the problem is clear and development can begin. You will work with stakeholders to build understanding of the strategic pathways for our employees, and identify where value could be released earlier.

You will be experienced in continually testing features and assumptions; ensuring that you keep a cadence of regular testing and continuous discovery. You will be excited about using feedback to iterate on your designs. You enjoy collaborating with research stakeholders, playing back insights and findings to product stakeholders and engaging our clients in our research sessions to build advocacy for the process over time.

**What you'll do**:

- Collaborate closely with a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, and the business to bring experiences to life
- Help define and iterate the overarching IA[WJ2] where required and conduct needs and task analysis
- Design simple, innovative and intuitive solutions to complex scenarios
- Produce sketches, flowcharts and wireframes to support robust discussions with technical and business stakeholders
- Advocate for the customer as you refine solutions, creating prototypes or mock-ups for testing and validation
- Use Figma to rapidly iterate on designs and produce high fidelity artefacts such as visual design, illustration, iconography and animations.
- Build design component libraries for usability, familiarity, scale and re-use

**What we're looking for**:

- 3 + years as a UX/UI or Product designer
- Designers who thrive in a collaborative team, bringing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in product design where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital products
- A passionate design advocate, committed to best practice and sharing ideas and inspiration within the team
- A problem solver who loves big challenges, tackles them using a collaborative workflow, with the client front of mind
- End to end experience of managing design activities across the user-centred design process including strong design research skills, iterative design and prototyping and facilitation of experimentation and usability testing.

- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce
- Experience interviewing and dealing with B2B clients
- Experience working within financial services
- A passion for working on employee experience (EX)
