We are searching for a Digital Transformation Manager to join our Operational Excellence team at our Bankstown Facility. This position will lead the execution of digitisation programs and projects across the organisation for business operations, products, commercial execution, and manufacturing.

You will be passionate about working cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions as well as focus on continuous improvement across the organisation.

**Snapshot of the role**:

- Drive Digitalisation and Automation Culture strategy in Quickstep
- Develop, manage, monitor, and implement the group’s digital strategy in line with organisational values, objectives and priorities
- Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of all stakeholders
- Initiate programs and projects to reduce financial impact of underperforming business processes and reporting
- Continuously evaluate the automation and digitalisation opportunities across Quickstep
- Manage the relationship with internal and external customers
- Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives
- All other duties and responsibilities as appropriate

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
- Experience of working in a large complex organisation leading on digital transformation
- Recognised project management experience managing budgets and have built processes and people teams to deliver digital change and automation
