**The Company**
This well recognised FMCG business with a National presence who continue to grow through acquisition. As the business is undergoing further investment and embarking on their own change journey, it is an exciting time to join and an opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to lead their largest site, based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.
**The Role**
The role of Health and Safety Manager is focused on the continuation of driving a culture of safety across the business. The key duties will include the following:
- Develop, review and maintain the Health and Safety Management System;
- Conduct training and presentations for health & safety matters;
- Conduct safety audits across all sites and identify risks;
- Develop initiatives to promote Health & Safety improvement strategies across the business; and
- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adhere to regulations.
**Your Background**
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Have extensive experience as a health & safety professional within an FMCG business;
- Have a strong track record in driving a safety culture across the business;
- Have a thorough understanding of OH&S legislation and the ability to educate and train.
