Our client is a leading operator of special interest and cultural tours that boasts career progression and fantastic benefits.

They are currently seeking a talented HEAD OF TOUR OPERATIONS to lead their dynamic team. Be part of a fun and professional team while managing the strategic running of the Tour Operations Team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead, manage, and supervise the Operations Team
- Manage the handover of all tours from Product to Operations
- Supervise the booking and finalisation of services and arrangements with suppliers
- Oversee the preparation of final client documentation
- Provide high-level support in the event of significant issues

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous travel industry experience, preferably all in the tour operating sector
- Sabre GDS experience
- Excellent time management skills, working well under pressure and displaying efficient multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the arts sector is desirable
- Managing and supervising staff
