**About the Role**:
As Head of Marketing - Touring, you’ll lead the marketing strategy across our touring portfolio, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and performance.

You’ll manage and mentor a team of Campaign Leads, Executives, and Coordinators, and play a key role in driving capability, alignment, and results across our marketing operations.

We’re looking for a senior leader with strong strategic thinking, a hands-on mindset, and a passion for live entertainment.

**What does a day in the life look like?**

Role Responsibilities:
**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear roles, expectations, and performance goals
- Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture
- Support succession planning, workload management, and continuous improvement

**Marketing Strategy & Campaign Oversight**
- Set and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Guide end-to-end campaign planning, delivery, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate across Programming, Sales, Content, and Digital teams

**Operational & Stakeholder Leadership**
- Champion best practice, process efficiency, and strategic alignment across the touring portfolio
- Build strong internal relationships and contribute to leadership forums
- Remove operational barriers and enable team success

**Financial Oversight**
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting
- Ensure financial compliance and accountability
- Oversee procurement and agency partnerships

**About You**
- 10+ years in marketing with 3+ years in a senior leadership role across entertainment, touring, or events marketing
- Proven team leadership and performance management experience
- Experience developing and leading high-performing teams across multiple marketing disciplines (e.g. digital, content, brand, performance)
- Skilled in integrated campaign strategy and delivery
- Strong financial and operational management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic marketing outcomes aligned to commercial objectives
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer experience principles
- Ability to influence at executive level and contribute to broader business planning
- Passion for arts, music, and live experiences

**Desirable Experience**
- Working within hybrid agency/in-house models
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
