Great opportunity for a Shipping Supervisor ANZ, to join a busy logistics team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Logistics Manager ANZ, we are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor ANZ to coordinate the inbound freight across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inbound Freight Management into ANZ across multiple business divisions- Coordinate with Freight Payment Management vendor and logistics service providers to ensure timely submission of freight invoices- Managing a team of 3 direct reports in inbound and outbound freight- Work closely with BD Finance to ensure correct logistics expense allocation and accrual is provided timely to various business units and functions.- Own logistics claim for inbound discrepancy and ensure claims being reported- Monthly tracking and reporting of actual import Vs projection- Commercial validation for all adhoc shipments into ANZ- Working closely with freight validation vendor for regular review of outstanding issues related to vendor invoices- Weekly updation of inbound shipment status and ensure accurate information captured in the system to give better visibility- Coordination with regional and global team for country specific cost saving initiative- Manage Annual packing declaration for ocean / expired and request source update accordingly.- Coaching and career development to shipping team.

Specific Knowledge / Experiences- SAP in a supply chain setting and Excel- Knowledge of general logistics terminology and procedures such as INCOTERMS and Bill of Lading, Air Way Bill etc.- 4-5 years working experience in Logistics or transportation industry preferred- Proven supervisory/team leadership experience- Strong Attention to detail- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts- Team orientated - motivating the team to succeed- Strong interpersonal communication skills- Agile and flexible in managing change
