Your role at Clorox:
We are looking for a Shared Services Manager - ANZ to join us in a full-time permanent capacity.

This position reports to ANZ Finance Manager and will be responsible for 4 direct reports across the ANZ region. The role will focus on providing leadership to the ANZ transactional team (both Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable) and driving operational efficiencies within the P2P and OTC processes. This role will also focus on championing tools such as NetSuite and Concur to maximize the benefits available, as well as driving strong systems controls and compliance with corporate policies and procedure.

This is an autonomous role that would suit someone who is looking to develop their career and has aspirations in becoming a senior manager/controller of a dynamic finance team. Additionally, this role would suit a senior financial accountant or an audit senior/supervisor from a large or medium firm who has managed a team. This role is an opportunity to mold a team and make a real impact within the organisation.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and manage a transactional finance team leveraging technology to increase efficiency & boost performance. Maximising credit and ensuring timely payment of suppliers, process and technology to focus on process & software.
- Ensure timely month end close at the transactional level - providing accurate financial information for R2R & P2P teams.
- Lead and manage working capital for the business. Manage banking relationship.
- Lead the review, monitoring and maintenance of internal controls within the transactional team working with cross-functional teams and external consultants. Monitor and resolve identified gaps in internal controls and Clorox policies.
- Provide coaching, training and development to staff, so all employees are engaged and inspired to excel. Develop centres of excellence within both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions.

What we look for:

- 10+ years’ experience in Finance. FMCG and management account backgrounding would be an advantage.
- Must be ACA or CPA qualified.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing a team as well as 3+ years’ experience in credit management.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal & written.

Workplace type:
This role will be hybrid working - approximately 2 days per week (as needs dictate and for team bonding) from our Sydney Olympic Park office and 3 days per week working from home.
