Sydney, Australia Rippling Full time

**About Rippling**:
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

**About the role**:
The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the success of the Rippling product in ANZ. You will build deep market knowledge and understanding of customer needs, and work closely with design, engineering, legal and compliance to build and with sales, implementation and support to launch and continuously improve the product.

**What you will do**:

- Own the product vision, roadmap and execution for Rippling in Australia and New Zealand
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products in the market
- Deeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction of that country
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to drive execution and ensure you’re shipping successful product with velocity
- Stay close to the data - build a deep understanding of what’s required to hit our ambitious goals

**What you will need**:

- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wrangle chaos
- Owned a successful product from inception to launch
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
- Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs
- Possess a deep sense of ownership and accountability - you understand the buck stops with you
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong alignment with our core values: Go and See, We Push the Limits of Possible, and Challenge Directly

**Additional Information**:
Rippling highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. For office-based employees (employees who live within a defined radius of a Rippling office), Rippling considers working in the office, at least three days a week under current policy, to be an essential function of the employee's role.
