East Hills Hotel is part of Don Hodge Group who own and operate six pubs across Sydney and regional NSW and have commenced building the seventh, our first greenfield site, also in Sydney's southwest.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is passionate about people, cares about your team and excels at building customer relationships. You will be someone who takes pride in their work, and enjoys working as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you will be enthusiastic, energetic and keen to put your own spin on growing the business.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:

- Proven success in a similar hospitality role
- The ability to lead and manage a team from the front with a hands on approach
- Experienced in managing all facets of Hotel operations including gaming, bar and bistro
- Current RSA and RCG
- Ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff
- Embrace responsibility
- Be adaptable and confident
- Have excellent people skills
