This hotel is part of Don Hodge Group who own and operate six pubs across Sydney and regional NSW and have commenced building the seventh, our first greenfield site, in Sydney's southwest.

We are recruiting for our Sydney Watering hole, the East Hills Hotel.

We are searching for a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Manager, someone who can join the team and learn more about our groups operations. Someone who has a goal to develop their hospitality knowledge and take the next steps forward in creating a career in the industry.

Applicant should be able to:

- Assist in the daily and nightly operation of the venue
- Ensure incredibly high levels of customer service are on offer at all times
- Assist other staff with tasks and training
- Keep the venue in pristine condition, keeping on track of daily checklists and cleaning tasks
- Perform a number of duties across both food and beverage departments such as pouring drinks, processing orders, cash handling, customer complaint resolution.
- Valid NSW approved RSA credentials
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Previous customer service experience
- A desire to learn more about hospitality
- Relevant qualifications or trades

On top of your annual salary, current market superannuation will be paid as well as additional sign on benefits.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Hills, NSW 2871: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
