We are partnering with a leading organisation in the logistics sector to recruit an experienced
Injury Management Co-Ordinator.
 This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safe, sustainable and cost-effective recovery of employees following workplace injury.

You will support injured employees, facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and embed best-practice frameworks that meet statutory obligations and organisational expectations.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide empathetic support to injured employees, including assistance with claim lodgment and coordination of medical appointments.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and operational leaders.
  • Attend medical case conferences to help develop tailored RTW plans.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, compliant, and engaged work environment.

About You
 

  • Experience in Injury Management, Return-to-Work Coordination or Workers' Compensation case management.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage complex claims and deliver safe, sustainable RTW outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive information.
