**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Oversee the goods receipt process, including liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Coordinate the pick, pack, and dispatch of all orders, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with import/export regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and stock takes and manage expiring stock.
- Handle logistics for hazardous and dangerous goods, ensuring correct packaging and documentation.
- Collaborate with 3rd Party Logistics providers to manage inventory and product deliveries.
- Maintain SAP data integrity for logistics operations and complete month-end close processes.
- Continuously improve logistics and warehousing processes to enhance efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or significant relevant industry experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within manufacturing or research laboratories.
- Experience in inventory management, including working with 3rd Party Logistics service providers.
- Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound material flow, transport logistics, and import/export processes.
- Experience in handling hazardous and dangerous goods.
- Forklift License and Dangerous Goods Certification are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a customer-centric approach.
